Amber Arch specialises in providing Mystery Shopping and as such are customer service monitoring experts. The website provides good content for the customer but also for search engines. The navigation is text based as opposed to image based and provides a good user log-in feature. The structure of the site has been built using only CSS which cuts down on unnecessary code to allow Search Engines to crawl the site more easily.  With a simple design this site has included a couple of pieces of flash but mainly the focus has been aimed towards content.

The structure of the Osteopaths website has been developed with Search Engines in mind and a large amount of accessibility has been built within the site for the visitor. The Central Chiropractic Clinic’s website also contains a good use of colours with a large amount of information regarding each ailment. Overall this website provides a good source of information and has been designed to the best standards.

Overall Score : 4/5 - Pleasant design, performs well for its main optimisation and works well from a potential commercial customer point of view.
